Wishing it Spring

Because Easter is early this year and we are desperately wanting it to be Spring, Ans and I put up our decorations today! I think this week we are predicted to hit the mid- 50's!

I was watching the Olympics and Mia began skating! This is so cute. I can't wait until she is a little older so she can take lessons. She loves it!

While Ans was at a friends we took Mia to dinner. We ate at this great authentic Italian restaurant. It was so yummy! We loved spending time with our sweet Mia! I heart Friday nights!

Mock Sleepover

Ansley's sleeping bag was packed, PJ's were on, and Sadie in tow.....ready to go! She got to go to Ava's for a mock sleep over. She had so much fun. They ate dinner, completed a craft and watched a movie in their sleeping bags. I picked her up at 8:30, she was asleep before we got home!

7 a.m. Dentist Appointment

Before school on Thursday Ansley had a dentist appointment. I am happy to report NO CAVITIES! She loves going to the dentists and is sure her teeth sparkle when she leaves!

While Ansley swims Mia and I get to catch up on her day! I love spending this time with her. She always has a snack and she ALWAYS cheers for her sister! It is soooo cute that she is her biggest fan! I am so thankful these girls love each other so much!

Swim Again....

If you make this big you can see Ans practicing the backstroke. This is not her favorite she doesn't think she is very good at it. I told her about the '96 Gold Medalist (Jeff Rouse, a friend of a friend) who practiced and practiced and then he got to go to the Olympics! She has a whole new attitude....

Our big girl won't let me walk her to the pool anymore, she has seen the team kids with their bags without their parents.....so I am no longer welcome *sniff*

Love this girl! Her little friend Taylor Jane got this swim cap. Now they have matching suits and caps....they think they are a swim team!

The Ride Home

After having fun playing all weekend the girls slept on the trip home! Sweet.....

Cousins

I snapped a few photos of the kids creating. John and Mia were working with play-dough and Ansley and Lily were drawing pictures. Grammy was making breakfast! We had so much fun seeing everyone! We love and miss you!

Road Trip Number 257

Really, I have no idea how many road trips our family has taken. This weekend we packed up and headed North to Columbia to visit Lily, John and Grammy. Here are the girls engrossed in a movie! Mia was so funny with her headphones. She would put them on and then get scared stating, "What's that noise?"

Mia loves her new baby! She is such a good mommy! She takes her everywhere and sleeps with her. It is so sweet!
