A Few Days Away!

We spent a few days of Spring Break in Dallas. We went to The Great Wolf Lodge where the girls couldn't get wet enough. This is a hotel with an indoor water park. We had so much fun and enjoyed our family time! The girls are worn out! As I write this post they are enjoying their almost 3 hour nap! Happy Saturday!

Bed Time Story!

Well, we didn't get all cleaned up and in pj's, but we did get out of the water in time for the girls to listen to a bedtime story in the lodge. They loved it! This place is a dream for kids!

Hotel Fun!

The girls loved staying in the hotel. I think our family is over all of the adjustments of travel. The girls slept in their own bed and adjusted to home quite nicely! This sure makes getting away much more enjoyable!

My Treat

My favorite part of our little get away was going to Sprinkles! As you know I love cake and I got a taste of the very popular Beverly Hills version. Ansley chose a red velvet, only because it was crimson in color, Mia and I got vanilla, and Scott got chocolate! I will tell you, if this was the only thing we would have done in Dallas....it would have been worth the trip! YUM!

Fort Worth Zoo

We spent the day at the Zoo and thoroughly enjoyed it! This is a great zoo if you are ever in the Dallas area, it's worth the stop! We had a beautiful day and loved seeing all of the animals. Enjoy the following photos!

The girls and I baked and decorated Easter Cookies. We had so much fun and had a huge mess to clean up afterward.

Spring Break Day 1

Last Saturday we had a snow storm. This should wrap up winter 2010. The girls had fun playing in it one last time! We are ready for Spring!!!
