Ouweeee!

Wow....two for the price of one! We were walking across the street after swim and Mia fell and scraped her knee. We took two more steps and Ansley wiped out too! Sorry Miss Ruth for all of the drama at your front door!

Sweet Mia....

A few pictures before school today! She loves her new room and spends up to the last second before leaving for school just looking at it!

Treasure.....

Ansley waiting "patiently" for Mia to give it back!

I'm pretty sure Mia wanted to keep it!

Finally, Ansley could add it to her treasure box!

Putting it way in the back so Mia can't reach it!

Love This

The girls were swinging and chatting! I'm not sure that love could be more visible.

So Big!

Mia is truly growing up right before my eyes. She loves to try whatever her big sissy does! She was so big on her big girl swing! She was filled with joy....so was I! I love these moments with my girls.

So Proud!

Remember when......learning how to start a swing made you light up! I think that is one of my greatest joys of being a mommy, I get to share that pride with my girls. Ansley learned to get herself started and pump her own swing....she couldn't be prouder! I'm proud of her too!

Project Almost Finished!

Here are a few more pictures of Mia's room. Tonight we hung her panels, and now I have to make a decision on the fabric for the valence, I'll order that tomorrow. The bedding is complete! I think this will all come together when her furniture is in! Mia loves it and feels so big!

It's been awhile...

So sorry to those of you that check our blog daily! Spring has hit us which means the projects have begun on the home front! Not to mention last week at work was insanely busy for both of us! I did manage to snap a few photos of the week though. Next week I will try to post more often! Enjoy!

All In A Days Work.....

Our Big Girl trying out her new bed!

The furniture is ordered just not in yet so the room won't be complete until mid-May. We were prompted to get this project underway to hopefully sell the "baby" stuff on the yard sale in a couple of weeks!

A rainy day equals a painted room! Sweet Mia is growing up and is ready for her "big girl room"! So today we spent the day painting. She woke up from her nap and was giddy with her green walls! Tonight she fell asleep in 2.5 seconds in her new bed. Tomorrow I will try to get a picture of the bedding and curtains. No more nursery....sniff!

Sugar Shot!

This girl doesn't mess around when it comes to eating sweets! She pulled all of the cotton candy from the container and began munching!

She's no stranger to the sweet stuff either!

They did eat fruit, protein, and a veggie for dinner!

Band-Aid Please!

Mia fell while playing outside and scraped her knee. Ansley is the best big sister EVER and put a band-aid on it! These girls really do take such great care of each other!

Ready for School!

Mia was returning her Lovie to her bed before heading out the door!

Ansley ready to get her shoes on!

Playn' In The Dirt Again!

After daddy cut out the garden the girls were paid in Popsicles to find all the rocks! They loved it!

They filled this bucket full of rocks!

This was the cutest rock of all! You just never know what Mimi will do!

I had to grab the camera for this project! Last weekend we were prompted by our friends to plant that garden we have been talking about for the last two years! What a project! It is still not complete, but we do have a good start. The girls can't wait to plant the veggies!

Easter 2010

We are so blessed!

Breakfast

Ans was peeling her egg! She was all talk about how she loved eggs. She took an itty bitty bite and said, "Well maybe I don't like it."

Look at those sweet hands!

All of our eggs!

So Blessed

I was helping Mia discover what was inside her eggs. I am overwhelmed with how blessed I am. I am so thankful for my girls and husband. Mostly, I am overwhelmed by the love God has shown me. I am so thankful for Easter and the promise it is!
