| Yesterday, we headed to PBKids, to get backpacks for school. Ohhhh the decisions! They finally decided, and we dropped them off to have them embroidered with their names. Today we will shop for school supplies. I am so glad we had non-stop fun in June, because July has been lots of work and school starts soon! |

| My room is coming together! 1st teacher day is Aug. 2nd, but new teachers start on Monday! Whew! I have spent the month of July unpacking and organizing my life, both at home and school. |

| My little helpers have spent so much time in my room they have turned into little scholars. They found their "attitude glasses" and have worn them for the last two days! |

| This award will get me through all of my "firsts" at my new school. It seems so weird to not be starting the year with my Tucker teachers. When I look at this apple I smile because we have shared so much together to touch the lives of students! |

| The girls have opted to rough it by sleeping in their tents. Their American Girl dolls have joined them! Mia has decided she is in charge until Saturday, when birthday week officially ends! Sweet girl! |

| The girls and I have spent days in my classroom getting it ready for the start of school. Yesterday we finally finished! It has been 100 degrees each day so staying inside hasn't been a bad thing! Last evening it finally cooled off enough to play outside. The girls love that their play house is up and they can swing again! We are ready for some cooler weather. |

| We are so thankful that 5 years ago God gave us this amazing little girl. She is funny, smart and so kind! When He placed her in our lives as a newborn, we had no idea how much she would change our lives for the better! Each moment with her is a joy! | So we are again in the path of people traveling! Yesterday the Cole's came by on their way back from Florida! It was so great to see them! Thanks for stopping by! This morning we also had my friend Lindsay and family stop by on their way back from Hilton Head to AR. We are very blessed to have such amazing friends and family! |

| Sir Cub-a-lou.... He has adjusted very well to our new home. He has a new vet and groomer and they LOVE him. He is healthy and happy. He truly has added so much to our family! His favorite new spots in our house, are the girls doll beds. We have found him nestled in all the American Girl Doll beds, their doll pack and plays and their moses basket beds. He is so cute...he thinks he is our baby! |

| Last Friday the girls and I spent the day becoming TN residents .....I do mean ALL DAY! After 5 hours, I have an D.L, and the car is tagged and emissions are checked! Seriously....there has to be a better way! |

| The girls have spent much of their time exploring their new environment, "our home". They have wondered where some of their treasure has gone! That's the thing about moving, it is a GREAT opportunity to clean out! I love that Cubby follows them around. He has adjusted very well to life here! |

| Grandpa and Kim brought the girls back to us, we are so thankful for them and their willingness to drive 7 hours to make our family complete! While they were here, Miss Mia got to open her birthday present! What a treat! Our sweet girl will soon be 5. |
