A Girl's Best Friend

Realizing that life on Earth isn't forever.  Cubby is 13 years old and slowing down.  Capturing our girl loving her dog.  She tears up thinking that he won't be here forever.  There is no way to prepare for loss, except honest conversations and real feelings to be validated!

Thanksgiving 2018

So thankful for a few days at the beach with family.   The kids loved being together to create new memories.  We loved spending time with Grammy and Paw Paw.   The weather was sunny but a bit chilly, until.....we arrived at home and it was 30 degrees!  I'll take chilly over that any day!   Happy Thanksgiving!

Mia's New Smile

This is the last picture of this precious smile.  For the next two years she will be working on her forever smile!

After week one of power wires she feels like smiling again!   Love this girl and her shiny smile!

National Junior Honor Society Induction.

Ansley had her induction ceremony to the NJHS at the beginning of November.  We are proud that she continues to excel academically.  What a great leadership opportunity for her.

The final dance of the 2018 cotillion season.  Ansley's carpool group, Aubrey, Caroline, Mary Kate and McKenna.  Great girls and lots of fun!

This year it was just Ansley and I.  Mia was at Fall Out for church, and S. had a rib cook off and the Bama game.  Loved sharing this night with AP. 

Trick or Treat 2018

The girls braved the rain and cold to trick or treat this year!   Mia's group was Sesame Street Characters and Ansley's friends were a candy corn, and a puppy! Love these years and the precious memories!
