It's been TOO Long!

I have not been very good about posting photos on our blog!  I hate that I am not capturing our crazy, busy, fun stage of life.   I am usually grabbing my phone and taking pictures, but not being very intentional with posting them!   So here are a few highlights from November-Janurary.   It is my goal to get back to monthly posts!  I want our kids to have a digital photobook to look back on and for S. and I to "remember" each stage of our family!  So here's to capturing all of the memories of 2020!

Friend Birthday Fun!

Ansley decided to shower her friend Addie with a box of "yellow".   We had so much fun searching for the items to fill her birthday box!  It was photo worthy when it was complete!

Scott's 47th Birthday!

This guy is always fun to celebrate!  He always requests a Birthday PIE.  This year....pecan!   I am so thankful that I get to do life with him!  May this year be filled with love, health and all of the happiness he deserves.  He leads our family well and makes us laugh in the process!

NAILS!

The girls spent some Christmas cash on nails!  What fun!

Grandpa and Kim Visit!

Grandpa and Kim made the quick trip to us this year to see us for Chrismas.  It is always so fun to see them and give in person hugs!  We always appreciate them making the trip!

Christmas 2019

We had such a great Christmas!   Grammy and PawPaw were at our house and we made so many memories!  They got to have an Arkansas Christmas!  And we got to enjoy them for a week!  I am so thankful that they celebrated with us this year!

Let's Bake!

Christmas Cookie Baking was so fun!   Here is Mia's action shot!

Last Cheer Competition. 2019

The FJHS cheer competition season was full of  lots of learning opportunities!  Ansley was on the comp. team all season and continues to grow and LOVE the sport.  Mia was pulled up to the comp team due to another cheerleader being injured.  She worked hard, learned so much and competed in one compettiton.  She continued to attend EVERY practice and cheered for her team througout the rest of the comp season.   She learned how to encourage her team even when she was disappointed.  The character this girl has is inspiring!  Her heart is made up of loving others and her work ethic is unstoppable.   Our last compitition was at BHS and our girls did great!  They got 1st place !  Such a fun way to close Ansley's 8th grade season!  Then on to Basketball!
