Price's Birthday Party!

Today we went to Ansley's friend Price's 3rd Birthday Party. Ansley and Price have always been great buddies at school. They aren't in the same class anymore, so it was great to get to play with him today! It was a dinosaur themed party, so fun !

The kids got a dinosaur egg and had to discover what was inside, then they traveled back in time to look at dinosaurs with their binoculars.

They also did a dinosaur dig. Here Ansley is showing her find!

Sunday Photos!

Ansley playing with Sadie before church this morning! She had her table set with all of her babies feeding them breakfast! She has really entered the "realistic play" stage.

Mia kept taking all of Ansley's pretend food for her babies, so Ansley replaced it with her lip gloss. Mia didn't seem to mind! Here she was "getting away"!

may just be a picture of me pulling my hair out! After many attempts of getting both girls to look in the general direction of the camera, this is what I got. The photo session ended with both girls crying and Ansley with a huge knot on her forehead.....'Tis the season!

Mommy's School!

Today the PTO had Breakfast with Santa. The girls and I headed out early this morning to join in the fun. We ate pancakes, sang Christmas Songs and got to sit on the "Big Guys" lap again! I didn't get any picts of the actual breakfast because I had all I could manage getting everyone fed. ;-) So, here a few shots of the girls in my classroom. Anlsey loved the box of markers and Mia loved "running" around! Now it is nap time, whew!!!

A Special Treat!

Today I took the girls to my favorite Bakery in Fayetteville. This place is amazing. When you walk in you risk getting a cavity from the smell of sugar. They do amazing bakery work. Ansley has never tasted their cake or cookies so today she was in for a treat. Yummy!

Trying to decide if she wanted a cookie or cake, then she saw the purple cookie with the pink flower and was sold!

So sweet!


Mia loved this special treat too!

She finished the entire cookie without talking. When she was finished she said, "That was good!"

Mia's Turn!

So usually the treasure item finds its way to the trash before Sat. morning. This week however, these are keepers! Mia loves to wear Ansley's glasses too! She is such a funny girl!

Treasure Chest!

Each week the Tiger Class gets to earn a treasure from the class treasure chest. Ansley LOVES to choose from this box of "junk"! Today this was her choice. The funniest part was on Monday she told me she was going to choose the glasses with the eyes....and she did! This girl has an incredible memory! Isn't she silly?

After getting her lip gloss on before school she decided to show Mia how to put some on! They are so happy in the mornings! Happy Friday!

Mia loved Santa this year! I was so surprised that she toddled over to the big guy and climbed up on his lap!

First Day of Chocolate!

Mia is a big fan of chocolate! Each year the girls' Great-Aunt Lydia gives them an advent calendar. This year inside each door is chocolate!

Treasure found!

Tonight after school Ans got to open the first door of her calendar. She was so excited and can't wait until tomorrow! It is so much fun to count the days until Christmas!

To Grammy and Paw Paw's We Go!

This year Thanksgiving was spent at Scott's parents in Orange Beach, Alabama. We enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast, mid-70 degree tempatures, and visiting with family. Ansley loved playing with her cousins! We arrived home last night just in time to see snow! I think it may be officially winter, Brrrr!

Mia is 16 Months Old Today!

Our baby girl is growing up! Today marks her 16 month birthday. She has had a very busy month building her vocabulary and learning to walk! She certainly has a strong opinion how she thinks her world should work, and also has a very loving personality! I am so glad God gave us Mia, He knew exactly what we needed! We are very blessed to have such great girls!
