Tuesday......Outside Play!

After school the girls ate a snack outside and played, played, played! We don't have swim for the next few weeks, so we get to come home right after school! I think Spring is here!

Monday.....Gymnastics!

Oh Yeah, it's also "L" week! Tomorrow for show and tell she is bringing a lantern and a lamp (from her doll house). She LOVES thinking of things she can show for the letter of the week!

I told Ans to get her leo on for gym and this is what she decided to wear. She LOVES fancy shoes! I imagine someday she will wear those really tall heals......and be able to walk in them, unlike her mom!

A Few Days Away!

We spent a few days of Spring Break in Dallas. We went to The Great Wolf Lodge where the girls couldn't get wet enough. This is a hotel with an indoor water park. We had so much fun and enjoyed our family time! The girls are worn out! As I write this post they are enjoying their almost 3 hour nap! Happy Saturday!

Bed Time Story!

Well, we didn't get all cleaned up and in pj's, but we did get out of the water in time for the girls to listen to a bedtime story in the lodge. They loved it! This place is a dream for kids!

Hotel Fun!

The girls loved staying in the hotel. I think our family is over all of the adjustments of travel. The girls slept in their own bed and adjusted to home quite nicely! This sure makes getting away much more enjoyable!

My Treat

My favorite part of our little get away was going to Sprinkles! As you know I love cake and I got a taste of the very popular Beverly Hills version. Ansley chose a red velvet, only because it was crimson in color, Mia and I got vanilla, and Scott got chocolate! I will tell you, if this was the only thing we would have done in Dallas....it would have been worth the trip! YUM!

Fort Worth Zoo

We spent the day at the Zoo and thoroughly enjoyed it! This is a great zoo if you are ever in the Dallas area, it's worth the stop! We had a beautiful day and loved seeing all of the animals. Enjoy the following photos!

The girls and I baked and decorated Easter Cookies. We had so much fun and had a huge mess to clean up afterward.
