Finished ornament

We had three hours of fun planned for our party.  We served pizza, played a  Santa hat game, fished for candy canes, made ornaments, memorized a cookie tray, exchanged gifts, and unwrapped a prized GIANT Saran ball, with an oven mit!   The girls had so much fun!   Looking forward to Next year!

Christmas Card 2017

A snapshot of our Christmas card this year!  We are blessed and are excited to see what God has planned for 2018.

Our Magic Christmas Tree

Our Real Christmas Tree!  We still have ornaments in the box!  We need a bigger tree!

Ansley is THE best garland fluffer!

Our home has been decorated before Thanksgiving this year but I haven't taken a picture yet!   So the week before Christmas I am the only one up and I am enjoying all of the quiet moments of memories and the One we celebrate this time of year.

'Tis the Season 2017

Well, that was a fast month!   We loved spending Thanksgiving break having Nanny visit! We miss her being here and wish she would have stayed for the month!   We quickly shifted from Thanksgiving to Christmas.  We decorated the house, baked, mailed our Christmas cards, went to The Nutcracker.  I spent the day wrapping gifts, which means my shopping is almost completed!   Looking forward to all of the fun this time of year provides!  Stay tuned....Lots of Holiday Cheer to go around!

A special box from Minonk.....and the Best Surprise of ALL!

Grandpa and Kim sent the girls a box of Christmas Cheer!  Their annual ornaments were a perfect fit...Mia's a tennis player and Ansley's a cheerleader!  These girls will have trees filled wit their childhood memories!  And then.....

they came to visit!!!  They made the 8+ hour drive to watch their winter choir performances!  We are so thankful for them making this memory!  Our lives our busy, but what a special treat for them to pause and make us feel loved!

Christy is BACK!

This is a much anticipated day each year...when Christy arrives from the North Pole!   Let the magic begin!

The Nutcracker

The girls and I attended the 2nd Annual Nutcracker here in NWA!   We love this ballet and all of the magic of Christmas!   What a fun evening with my girls!

Baking Day!

It is always a fun tradition to bake cookies for Christmas.  We spent an entire weekend with the interruption of seeing the Nutcracker baking.  We have lots of treats to share with those we love!
