A Day at the Blue Slide!

It wouldn't be summer if we didn't spend the afternoon at the Blue Slide in MO. We had a fun day of a picnic lunch, sliding and of course the giant ice-cream cones at the end!

Mia spent 2-3 days a week in PT this summer. She has a condition where her knee grows in and her knee cap gets "off track". The cure is building up her quad. She had a great therapist and put in a lot of hard work! No more knee pain!

What a great season! This sport is still one of my favorites to watch. The girls missed city meet again this year b/c of cheer camp! It is a great sport to keep everyone in shape over the summer!

We love summer days to just be at home! There weren't very many of those this year, but it is always a welcome when there is one!

Two Weeks of Travel!

We had so much fun with the Corya's at their lake home! It was great to relax and to catch up with "our people". I love that our kids have gone years without connecting and just picked up right where they left off!

Next stop....Aiken. We enjoyed a few days visiting Nanny. We always love our time with her!

Back in Atlanta! We had a few days of seeing friends and family in Atlanta. We are so thankful for people that will always be part of our lives!

Final stop......Orange Beach! We had a fantastic week with Grammy and Paw Paw. We went to the beach, rode on the boat to see the Blue Angels, and just hung out with them. We love our time together!
