| Swim is my favorite activity of the year! The girls love it as much as I do! We have such great friends and it is an amazing team sport where the real competitor is yourself. So this year was a first for us. S. had to miss (travel schedule), so it was the girls and I, Sharpless Strong….setting up, managing the day, and tearing down, not to mention swimming fast and me volunteering for the event. I am so thankful for responsible kids. I am so proud that they both pushed themselves to finish new events, and to accept the challenges in the pool. For me….our league is using a new computer system, so my patience were tried, it was a LOOONNNGGG day! Fairvue Flippers won the event! Until Tuesday at the the pool again……. |
