It was so cold that she was only able to play for about 15 minutes, but she loved every second of it! Mia and I watched from our cozy house!

Ice Storm '09
They are calling this the worst storm this area has ever seen.
Today we woke up in a winter wonderland. Ice is covering everything, including power lines and roads. Thankfully we still have power and don't have to go anywhere. It is supposed to be 56 degrees on Saturday.

Goofy Girls!
Ansley wanted to trade chairs for lunch today! Mia looked around and thought,"I like being the big sister!"
A Day at Home!
The girls are having fun staying at home today. Actually, Ansley went to Jay and Caleb's to play for a little while while I took Mia to her follow-up x-ray! Ansley loves her friends!
Ice
Today there is no school due to the ice storm that is moving through. It is still "raining" with expected freezing temperatures tonight. Maybe we will stay home again tomorrow!

A Beautiful Day!
Our little Monkey! She LOVES to hang on bars. Today was a beautiful day with temps in the upper 60's. We went to the park after school and then played in our back yard! I think we are expecting ice on Monday. This has been typical this winter in Arkansas!

Daddy!!!!
Daddy is home after spending the weekend in the woods of Alabama! You can take the boy out of the country but..... Just kidding! He had a great time enjoying "GUY TIME". He doesn't get much of that at home, so we are happy to let him get away! We are even happier when he comes home. Ansley, Mia and I enjoyed our weekend too! I love my girls to pieces and love spending time at home with them! Now our world is right...daddy is home!
Miss Independent!
Mia has discovered how to do many things on her own. One of her favorites is to get in the pantry and pick out a snack! She played with this box of chips for 15 minutes after she realized she wasn't going to get to eat them!

Before school this morning the girls played ball in the garage! Ansley said, "It is important that we get exercise!"
