Happy Memorial Day!

Thank you to all of those who serve our country.  "God Bless America"

Entrepreneurs

Amanda, Will and Alexis set up a Kool-Aid stand this morning.  The girls raced a few doors down to buy some!  I walked down to take their picture and I asked if we were their first customers, they replied, "You ALWAYS are!"  I love our neighborhood kids!

Soaked!

The girls getting "watered"!

WELCOME

So we debated leaving town or staying put this weekend.  We decided to tackle a few house projects and mix in tons of fun.  Scott has made our entrance look brand new, and he replaced an entire door and door frame to the garage.  He has stained shutters and is tackling a few more odd jobs this afternoon!  Although it has been a lot of work, we have had a fun weekend spending it at home!

County Fair Prize!

Okay....I promise not to post pictures every week of my baking, but I couldn't resist showing off this loaf of bread!   It is cinnamon bread that I made french toast out of this morning.  Yesterday we enjoyed cinnamon rolls again.   I have to bake something at least once a week so my bread starter keeps going!

Officially Summer

Enjoying their ice-cream treat from the ice-cream truck that made his rounds in the neighborhood!  We love the sound of ice-cream truck bringing treats....it means SUMMER!!!!

Camp Out

This picture makes me laugh!  Scott has to have 1 million pillows to sleep, even when camping in the backyard!

The girls turned in all their Tucker Bucks for a camp-out!  We had so much fun.  We read stories with a flashlight, made s'mores, and slept out two nights in the tent.....well almost, Mia and I went in at 2:30 am the first night and S. went in at 3:00 am last night, b/c I put Mimi in bed with me, and there wasn't much room!  What a fun trial run at our next adventure!

Honeysuckle

Sweet girls were learning to taste the nectar from a honeysuckle!  This was a huge highlight of the evening!

Party

Where there is cake there is a party!  Ansley and Jackson hanging out!  These two share the same birthday and were born at the same hospital with the same doctor welcoming them into the world!  They are great friends!

Special teachers.  Ms. Katie and Ms. Ashely loving our girls.  We are so blessed our girls are loved by these two!

Our family with the graduate

Daddy Moment!

Daddy brought flowers for the big event, Ansley felt so special!

Performance!

Ms. Ashley

Their performance was so cute, they sang color songs, ABC Rock, recited the pledge and walked the stage for their diplomas.  What a memory

And The Ceremony Begins

This was so cute!  They all came in dancing in sunglasses and their caps and gowns!

The First of Many!

When we were talking about graduation I told Ansley this is one of many.  I explained she will graduate from high school, college and medical school.  She said, "I'm not going to be a doctor, I am going to be a ROCK STAR, you know when you sing and dance on stage."  I laughed so hard!  No matter where her life leads, we will be so proud, front row with camera in hand.  So this is the first of many!
