I have gotten so far behind on this blog. I was behind 1.5 years. Mia reminded me this Spring how important it is to document and hit the highlights of their lives. I am SO very proud of this little family and our lives we have built. It isn't always easy and we learn and grow together. I am so thankful that God has led me to this place. I will continue to document our lives, someday may our girls will know how much they are loved and that there are so many happy memories.......

Memorial Day
I am so thankful that the Corya's made the LONG drive to see us for the holiday weekend! We had a GEAT time.
End of the 21-22 School Year
As I packed up my room this year, I reflected! I thought about every morning on my way to this room. I thought about every student that enters my door. I thought about my two children that enter their school building. I thought about the words I use and how I have the ability to empower or crush confidence. I thought about the hard days and the laughter! I pray over this room and the students that enter it. I pray for my ability to pour into their lives with light, I pray for my ability to teach. I pray that at the end of each year EVERY single student knows they are loved and I will ALWAYS believe in them! I am so thankful that God has given me the opportunity to touch lives. I am constantly reminded that this work is important. I love my tribe, my school and the people that enter this profession with the drive and the heart to change lives and LOVE along the way!
Mother's Day
I am so THANKFUL for my Mama and these two girls that make me a mama! I continue to seek God as I model being a mom to these girls. I had the BEST growing up! I hope as Ansley and Mia make their mark in the world they ALWAYS know that I am their number 1 fan, I believe in them 100%, I will be there for them when then need me. I pray I am preparing them to FLY and to seek God in all of their decisions that are before them. It is a JOY to be part of their lives.
Sweet Girls
This spring Ansley is having som medical tests completed to figure out why she faints if she is nauseated. EKG and blood work completed. She had a EEG to rule out neurology. She had to wear a heart monitor after that EEG, her heart rate was low during the test. Mid-summer we will have all the results. Praying for continued health for this amazing kid!
Swim Banquet
Such a great swim season! So proud of this girl and her growth in this sport. She swims to beat herself. We are SO thankful for Coach Liz! She pours into our girl!
LAX Champions and Banquet
What a great LAX season. They won both League Champions! So proud of them and their growth. It is fun to have a Championship Season!
