See my Boo Boo!

What a day! Today I was playing at school and fell on a toy and busted my mouth! Ouch! We are just about ready to call this week to an end! I finally ate a decent dinner tonight and have been drinking more! Maybe.....the worst of recovery is over!

The best part about surgery.....presents!

I love to open them! Thank you Aunt Mis, Uncle Darin, Reed, Cole and Kia for my darling spring outfit and sunglasses to match! I love and miss you. Thanks so much for your prayers during my surgery and recovery. Today was my first day back to school. I did great! Whew.... two more days and then it's the weekned!

Today I stayed home from school. I am not feeling very well. It is hard for me to swallow. Mommy called Dr. Ray and he said it is all part of recovering. Tomorrow I will stay home again!

Our Little Trooper slept great last night, she is eating some and trying to figure out how to drink with a swollen tongue and mouth! Overall, she is recovering wonderfully so far!

What a Day!

All Done! I was very sleepy and not too happy! We are very thankful that everything went so well! We were able to leave the hospital at 5:00 and will spend the weekend eating Jell-O in our jammies!

I had lots of time to play in my pre-op room. My surgery was delayed 2 hours! I was a GREAT baby while I waited!

Dr. Ray is going to fix my ears! I am ready to feel better!

Surgery Day!

We had to leave for Arkansas Children's Hospital VERY early this morning! I was still sleepy.

Winter is Back!

Yesterday we got out of school early and no school today. We are in a winter wonderland here! We are getting ready to go to Little Rock for Ansley's surgery tomorrow. We didn't plan on a snow storm!

Today I went to meet Dr. Ray at Arkansas Children's Hospital. They ran a bunch of tests and determined that I need tubes in my ears and my adenoids taken out. I will have my surgery next Friday (Feb. 2). Right now, I am ready for bed......I had a busy day!
