Fun Week at School!

This week has been a dress-up theme each day, in Ansley's class! Today was "Favorite Team Day"! Here is Ans doing a cheer at 6:45 am!


Yesterday was "Inside Out Day"! She has had fun going to school to see what all of her friends are wearing. Tomorrow is "Crazy Hair Day" and on Friday Mia's class gets to wear their jammies!

Mia's First Steps!

Mia took her first independent steps....7 in a row! Our girl will be toddling soon! We are so proud of her! She loves all of the cheering and clapping!

Welcome to the Family!

Banana and Pie joined our family! Yes, it appears that Ansley inherited the "The I'm not very good at naming things gene" from her parents! She picked these names without any prompting from us!

Mia wanted to see what all the fuss was about!

Ansley was feeling sad so she went to wave to Fishy! Then Daddy took her to the pet store!

Our Fishy!

It is a sad day in our family. Our fishy of 8 years died this morning. We loved this fish!

Ansley of course had tons of questions about fishy dying. So we used it as a teaching moment. She participated in burying him. She cried real tears and was very sad.

Princess Party!

Today we went to Delaney's Princess Party! All the girls dressed up and played princess games! It was so fun! We are so happy to help Delaney celebrate her 3rd Birthday!


It couldn't have been planned any better. Each girl showed up as a different princess!

Ready to go! Yesterday she watched Cinderella. She couldn't get over how mean the step-sisters were. She loved dressing up to go to the "Ball"!

Mia is 15 Months Old Today!

It is hard to believe our baby is 15 months old already! She weighs 22 lbs. (50%) and is 291/2" (10%) tall. Hopefully, she will grow a little taller! ;-) She is such a blessing to our family! She is so funny. She has a kind spirit. She is loved to pieces! We are so thankful to have healthy girls!

3 Year Check Up!

I am happy to report we have a healthy 3 year old. She is growing perfectly. She weighs 31lbs. and is 36 1/4"tall. She is 50% in both height and weight. She is doing everything she is supposed to do for a three year old! We are so glad that God gave us this smart, funny girl!

Ansley keeping guard of all of the little pieces so Mia doesn't choke! It is her favorite big sister duty! At school this week both girls were on their respective playgrounds and apparently Mia got a glimpse of Ansley and beelined to the fence and started crying. She wouldn't calm down until the teacher brought Ansley over to give her a hug! I think they really miss spending their days together!

She still hasn't taken her first independent steps, but she "travels" everywhere with the help of her stroller and any surface she can touch! Maybe soon....

Our cute Mimi! She isn't feeling very well today. A slight fever and a goopy nose with a cough! She is getting lots of rest at home and lots of extra kisses!

We are playing at home today because Mia isn't feeling well! I am enjoying a day with my girls! Ansley loved playing with all of her toys. It has been a long time since we have stayed home!
