After School

Ansley was reviewing her 100's chart and beginning blends....I think she was getting a little tired, not the best posture in the world!   Mia was enjoying her snack!

I write a note on Ansley's napkin in her lunch box....today she stuck this in my purse!  God Bless her!

Chilly Morning!

It was chilly at the bus stop this morning.  We are having beautiful high seventy degree weather, and cool mornings.   Ansley was so cute this morning. She found Sophia and took her hand and off they went to board the bus!  They sat in the LAST seat, they felt soooo big.  Ella is friends with Sophia's sister, so now the four girls all have a partner to sit with!  I am little surprised how much she loves riding the bus.  Mia can't wait for next year!

F-I-N-A-L-L-Y

Cubs has finally warmed up to S.  I am not sure if  he just hasn't had a chance b/c two little girls are always with him, or if he just realized that S. is really fun!  They play ball together all the time!  We love our dog!

Labor of Love!

Mia said, "When I was three I put the crack in too."  We laughed so hard, she used to crack the egg and add the shell!

Mimi and Daddy making pancakes for breakfast.

Friends

We are so blessed to have the Hudgins' in our lives.  After church Micah was outside so the girls walked over.  He is especially fond of Mimi, and followed them home.   We enjoyed Mr. James' ribs and Mrs. Ruth's homemade sides, great conversion and lots of laughter for dinner last night!  Happy Labor Day weekend!

Pizza Saturday Night!

Alaska!

This summer grandpa and Kim took a trip to Alaska.  Today they sent the girls their souvenirs!  Soooo cute.  The little Eskimo dolls are darling, Mia got a bear purse and Ans a moose!  They also sent pictures of wildlife, their adventure, and the NORTH POLE!  Yep, they got to visit where Santa lives.....you can only imagine the excitement as the girls looked at pictures.  Thanks grandpa and Kim for sharing the fun!

Look at Number 2! Soccer Saturday.

Fall soccer has started for the girls.  Ansley didn't have practice but Mia did.  They continue to enjoy playing.  Their first game is September 17th.  Mia's team is the Avalanche.  Ansley's is the Tornadoes!

Ans was watching from the sidelines.  She woke up at 2 am with a throbbing ear ache.  By 7 her ear drum had ruptured and was draining, which relieved some of the pain.  We were at the doctors by 8 and had an antibiotic by 9.  Poor girl still isn't feeling great!  Last night she went to her first birthday party of kindergarten.  She loved it, but didn't eat any cake.....I knew something was up!

Mia is the youngest on her team, I think they didn't account for her size when they ordered shirts!

Ready for the Bus!
