Precious note from Ansley to Mia

This melts my heart!

The girls had a ball today in their new play house/girls club house!  Their imaginations went wild, and when all of their creative juices ran out they did what any girls would do……they painted their nails!   They duck taped, decorated with posters, made rules and planned their house.   I'm not sure daddy is too happy…..he was on his way to the curb with this big piece of cardboard, that now it is in his garage again only this time it is not broken down!

Sunday Breakfast

These girls LOVE to help their daddy cook!  This morning I was treated with homemade pancakes!

Tooth Fairy Visits

Remembering the Fairy Dust

One proud sister

Ansley pulled her first tooth by herself!   We were at REI, and she said, "I think my tooth is ready to be pulled."  I felt it and said, "It's not quite ready, let's wait a few days."   She pulled it before we left the store!   She was so proud of herself!  Our girls are growing up!

Swim Saturday

The girls continue to love swim.  Today they had soccer games from 8:30-9:30, Ansley and friends (mommies too) had a bible study from 9:30-10:30 and then the girls swam from 10:45-11:30.  Their favorite part being a "Little Flipper" is the rope at the end.  Coach Scott puts them on the block and they swing off into the water!   I love that they love to swim.

Soccer Kicks Off 2014

Today was the first soccer game of the season.  Scott is coaching the Lady Panthers and he didn't disappoint!  The girls had so much fun, played really well and nearly froze!  Who knew it would be so cold at 8:30 this a.m.   We are looking forward to making lots of new friends and having so much fun over the next 8 weeks!
Ansley and Mia love the game along with all of their other activities.  I can honestly say, I don't think we can squeeze in one more thing during the week.   I feel very blessed that they have healthy bodies and LOVE playing sports and enjoy the arts too!

Spring Break 2014

We'll, Spring Break is coming to a close.   Scott and girls headed south to Orange Beach to visit Grammy and Paw Paw.  Lots of fun was had!  I was fortunate to head to SC to see my mama for a few days and then spent the rest of the time RELAXING at home.    It truly is that time of year to get to the finish.   It is a crazy last nine weeks of school, but summer is in site!  So here is to a GREAT finish to the 2013-14 school year!   This break was much needed to cherish and make a difference for the final 3 months!
