Spring?

Hip Hip Hooray....It's The Last Snow Day!

I have sent the girls to the backyard for one last play in the snow!   It is supposed to be 50's tomorrow, 60's on Monday and 73 on Friday!  Yay.....I am so excited for a full week of school and regular schedule!   I am sure it will prove to be crazy, but I can't wait for a "normal" week!   I am starting to believe that the saying is true, "If you don't like the weather in AR, wait 5 minutes!"   We certainly live in a climate of 4 seasons, it's a little strange that it can all be in one week!  Whoo Hoo....I feel Spring in the air!

Valentine Love!

Thank you Nanny for sending a box of love!  Ansley promptly announced that she was taking her bear to college with her!  They are marshmallow soft and have received tons of hugs!  We love you Nanny!  

Crazy Snow!

The girls playing in the snow again today!  No school again tomorrow!  We should have one more day of snow before the great melt and warmer weather!  I am reading a summer time book and pretending my toes are in the sand! 

Photo Class....

This week we are taking pictures of lines.  Focusing on composition and photographer's view.   We can't shoot any people this week.  The good news about all of these snow days is I get to practice!   I am loving this class!  One week to go!

Mia standing!  Poor girl, it was so deep she could hardly move!  They didn't last long outside, but loved every second!  It is unbelievable to see this much snow here!

Snow Day Number.....I've lost count!

S. scooped his way out of our drive this morning!  The snow was still falling so he got to do it again when he got home from work!  Whew....that's a workout!

Mia was face talking with Bella this morning.  They haven't  been able to play much at school together because of all this snow!  They miss seeing each other! Ansley was decorating a cupcake to show Isabella!  

I'm not sure of the total snow amount but I'm pretty sure it is over 20 inches!  That is not a drift by our mailbox, it is that deep everywhere!  I'm pretty sure we will be out of school the rest of the week!  The good news....it is supposed to be 53 on Monday!   I am so ready for Spring!

Project Paint A Room.....Finished!

Ansley LOVES her new walls!  She said she especially loves the pink.....S. and I think it is a little too Pinkalicious!  Check that snow day project off the list!  Looks like there will be school Monday and Tuesday this week, before more snow moves in on Wed.  Hmmmm....I wonder what project I'll dream up for this week?!

Box of Love

Yipeeeee!  That box of goodness arrived from Minonk!  Thank you Grandpa and Kim for sending Valentine love!  This was a much needed treat after being couped up all week!  We love you guys!
