Ughhhh

Okay, I increased my storage and it is showing in my account with 0% being used.  However, when I try to load new photos I am prompted to purchase more storage!   I am really getting frustrated!   If anyone has any info. to help me out, I'm all ears!  I hope this is resolved soon.  At this point, I am certain it is not a system error, but instead a user error.  I hope you hang on.....pictures coming soon, I HOPE!!!
