Baking Day!

Wow...what a beautiful cookie! Ansley was very serious about decorating.

This is Mia's if you look closely there is a bite out of the cookie before she started decorating!

Baker's at work! Don't worry...after they decorated a few, I took over. Our kitchen was covered in sprinkle sugar and candies!

Mia wanted to stand on the little stool, sweet thing could barley reach the counter.

Saturday Recital

Yesterday we started our day with Ansley's dance recital. Here the girls are enjoying refreshments.

Purple People Eater

This was so sweet, Ansley stopped dancing to touch her sister!

Holding hands! She wanted to make sure Mia didn't feel left out!

Our little purple, people eater!

At this years recital she did all of the moves, and LOVED being on stage! I so enjoyed watching her.

Monkey's Uncle

Oooh, Aaah...the Monkey dance.

Splish Splash....

This was so cute, they all wore shower caps, and towels. They did a little number to Splish Splash!

Trying to Be A Star!

Mia tried everything to be on the stage with her sister. We found a little floor space so she could dance too!

The Perfect Christmas Card Photos!

I think these girls could sale pantie hats! They sure make me laugh when they wear them on their heads. Mia had hers just right so the bow was sticking out! Last year I remember trying daily to get a picture for our card that had at least both girls semi-smiling and looking inthe general direction of the camera. This year I have taken an number of photos that I could have used, these are my favorite!

A Great Start....

to our Friday! The girls were loving on each other before school today!

Christmas Books!

Every year when the tree goes up the Christmas books come out! This is such a treasure for these girls. They love reading these special stories!

Away in a Manger

While Nanny visited she taught the girls a little performance to Away In A Manger. She made little actions to the song and taught them to sing! It is precious!

I wish you could hear them sing this! It is so sweet!

A little out of sync, Ans is doing "the star int he bright sky" and Mimi is doing "lay down his sweet head." Not quite ready for the big stage, but welcome anytime on our stage!

Awwww.....

When we got home from school there was a box from Nanny waiting for us at the front door! The girls love their Peppermint Pups, they can't wait to share their candy canes with their cousins at Christmas, their Alabama toothbrushes are a huge hit, and their Christmas mouse craft will be darling, if Mommy can figure it out! Thanks so much Nan, for sending treats! I just tucked two joyful girls in bed hugging their new soft puppies! We love you!!

She made up a dance and song with the butterfly wand!

So Fancy!

Ooolala, so posh!

She has lace around her feet, fancy glasses and a wand! I love these fancy girls!

Weekend At The Thome's

I never forget my camera, and this weekend I forgot my camera. The girls and I headed to Columbia to help celebrate Lily's 7th birthday! We had so much fun! For pictures you will have to check out the Thome blog site! Thanks for the invite, we love you Lily! Happy Birthday!

Displaying their work!

What you can't see is Mia's is covered with tape! The girls were painting and drawing this morning and then wanted to hang it in their rooms! So cute!

Here is Ansley's. This shows her personality, all orderly and precise!

Advent Calendars Arrive

Thank you Aunt Lydia for the chocolate filled calendars. The girls love this part of the season. When we were putting up our tree and unpacking the Christmas boxes Ansley asked, "Where is that chocolate calendar?" Thank you for creating this holiday memory!

Giddy Up

These ponies have been a hit! The girls ride them every chance they get!
